ABOUT Derek Perez:

Derek Perez earned his B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Georgia Southern University. After graduation, Derek landed a job at a historic music venue, The Masquerade, in Atlanta, GA. It was there in the dark halls of Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory (the names of the three venue stages) that Derek’s love of music and art collided.

Derek created posters and graphics for a wide range of concerts and events, helping him hone his skill set and perfect his style. He then launched his freelance career, designing album covers and gig posters for clients such as The Atlanta Braves and The Avett Brothers. Derek is the founder of Peregon Creative, which is a combination of “Perez” and the word “paragon”, or a person or thing viewed as a model of excellence.
