Customer FAQs

Hero Dose T-shirts are made of cotton and cotton blends. We use the finest Turkish cotton available. Please check the shopping section to see specific materials, cut, and cotton weight for each individual design.

Below is our female and male sizing chart in inches, W X H. If you are unsure of your size we recommend pulling out your favorite T and measuring along the vertical and horizontal lines like below.

Domestic USPS shipments typically take 3-5 business days to reach your door, depending on location. International shipments typically take 10-14 business days depending on the country. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipped status.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for merchandise exchange. Return shipping costs are not covered at this time. Along with your return, please let us know the specific reason for your return (sizing, color, etc.) so we can better serve you. Just fill out the customer Contact Us form here

We ship within the entire United States and to most international destinations.

We would love to work with more amazing artists and get your original artwork on our apparel. Please go to the Contact Us page and send us a note via the Artist Contact Us form. Simply let us know a bit about your art and provide some links to your work. We will follow up ASAP.

We always appreciate referrals to new and stellar artists. Please keep in mind that we do not have a paid referral program at this time, although we will definitely hook you up with #HeroDoseGear as a ‘thank you’ for a successful referral.

Hero Dose artists live and work all over the world. Currently, we work with artists who live and/or travel throughout the USA, Europe, and Asia. We’re looking forward to working with artists in more regions.
